Shandong Jinxin New Building Material Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Gold Group, is comprised of Sichuan Huawei Building Material Co. Ltd., Neimenggu Huayu Mining Co. Ltd., Jinan Jinluyuan New Building Material Co. Ltd. and Pingyi New Material Co. Ltd. It is one of the new gypsum product enterprises with the most advanced national production equipment, the largest production scale and the most kinds of products and forms the system of mining, producing, trading and further manufacturing as one unit.

Jinxin company is situated in Pingyi County of Shandong which is the biggest base of gypsum deposit of China with total fixed assets of RMB 330 million . It covers an area of 380 mu and there are 1,500 personnel. There are one gypsum mine, one ?-high-intensity plaster production line, one ? plaster production line, one plaster block production line and four gypsum board production lines which can produce four serials and more than ten kinds of gypsum board products.

Pingyi Gypsum Mine, a subsidiary of Shandong Jinxin New Building Material Co., Ltd., is the biggest gypsum mine in capacity in our country. Gypsum Technology Research Development Centre of the company has finished not only the design and installation of the plasterboard line and plaster line for the company successfully but also the general design, installation and commissioning of four plasterboard lines and plaster lines in Guangdong and Shenzhen. The middle-grade plaster produced by this company has occupied the most percentage in china. It is also sold to South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and other regions and countries. It passed the attestation of ISO 9001 international quality system.

Jinxin company invested RMB90,000,000 to build ? plant of 40,000 ton which purity is high and its technology and equipment is imported from BSH company of Germany. This production line is the only one in China. Through this process, the machining technology of plaster products has reached the advanced international level. The ? plaster series products of high purity produced by this technology meet the needs of high-grade ceramic mould, fine-casting and medical mould material in China instead of import. At the present, three series and ten kinds of products are sold on the market.

With advanced production process and technical advantage of plaster blocks, Jinan Jinluyuan Joint-venture New Building Material Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Jinxin company, adopts the advanced moulding equipment of Australia . “Augreen” plaster blocks have many advantages such as compressive strength, high intensity, light weight, fireproof, soundproof, fast and simple assembly, small space when building the wall, never cracking and so on.
